Adirondack Berries Organic Tisane Description:

This caffeine free tisane reminds of us of hunting for berries in the Adirondacks of northern New York; hunting for fresh wild berries before the local bears pick them off the bushes. Smooth, naturally decaffeinated herbal tea with a rooibos "red bush tea" tisane base, accentuated by tart flavors of red raspberry and hibiscus. Excellent hot or iced.

Fresh Berries of the Adirondacks

The Adirondacks of Northern New York is an amazing region full of deep mountain lakes, great hiking, and beautiful towns. The wild mountains are full of of plants and animals and provide an outdoor lovers paradise. Berries grow wild all over the Adirondacks and picking them can provide great fun for the family as long as you can get to them before the animals.

Steeping Notes

With an organic rooibos base and great organic ingredients, this tea is great hot or iced. As it has no camellia sinensis (aka real tea), Adirondack Berries is naturally caffeine free and can be enjoyed anytime. While this tea is great after 4-5 minutes of steeping you can feel free to steep longer, even up to 10 minutes for a bit of a more intense flavor.

Step 1:
Preheat mug with boiling water, discard and refill.
Step 2:
Steep 2 light tsp or 3-4 grams of tea per 8 oz water.
Step 3:
Steep for 7-10 minutes as desired. Great candidate for cold brewing tea for a summer iced treat.

This is how all tea should taste. If I'm not in a mood for a specific flavor, this is my go-to. So simple & light yet perfect.
