It's summer time and for Americans that means iced tea! Did you know that almost any tea can be served cold? To quickly and easily make iced tea simply brew up a batch at double-strength (i.e. twice as much tea for the water you are steeping it in) and then pour over equal parts ice. 

Alternatively you might try cold brewing loose leaf tea. Cold brewing imparts a completely different flavor to your cold tea since some flavors don't extract without hot water. Its also a great way to enjoy cold green tea without risk of bitterness. The teas below are just a few of our favorites iced or cold brewed.
