Free Shipping Policy

Our shopping cart system will automatically provide a free shipping offer for all orders over $50. An order is defined as the total cost of all items in your shopping cart at the time of checkout, less any coupons or discounts, before any taxes or shipping costs.  

Shipping Carriers

We will ship your order the most economical way possible for us. Tea is a very light product given the size it takes up and for most orders this means the US Postal Service is the most economical option. For those who qualify for free shipping we may substitute shippers at our discretion.

We may also, at our discretion, require recipient signature for some shipments, based our experience shipping to your area -- we've had some packages go missing, mainly in urban areas. 

Return Policy

If you are unsure about a tea, we recommend to always buy a sample size first. Since tea is a food item, it cannot be returned once opened. Tea Brew filters can also not be returned once opened. No returns are allowed on sale items.

If you receive a damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem. You have 30 days to change your mind about a tea pot, accessory, unopened tea, or unopened Tea Brew Filters assuming you have the original receipt. We will credit back the original payment method from the receipt. Accessories must be unused and in original packaging to receive the refund. If accessories for return have been opened, only partial store credit will be given.

If you received the items as a gift and do not have a receipt, we can only give you credit to use toward future purchases.
