Bai Hao Silver Needle: A prized Chinese classic. Our organic Bai Hao Yin Zhen hails from Fujian Province. Long, downy leaves yield a light and creamy liquor with a subtly vegetal and floral finish.
-
Keemun Mao Feng: Carefully processed in Qimen County, Anhui, this variety of keemun features long, wiry, and unbroken full leaves that yield a delicate array of woody flavors and a naturally sweet maple finish.
-
Ti Kuan Yin: Named for Mahayana Buddhism’s Iron Goddess of Mercy, Ti Kuan Yin is one of the oldest and most renowned oolongs. A medium-body mouthfeel boasts warm nut and dried fruit flavors with a sweet finish.
